Sea and lakes

Surveillance of public beaches and private lidos

Several kinds of service, built around each client's needs. Every proposal includes:

Selection and hiring of staff on the national Tourism agreement (bathing establishments)
Shift management of the staff deployed
Area coordinator for emergency cover, operational problems and constant oversight of the staff
Training on communication in an emergency, the BLS-D and paediatric BLS-D protocol, and in-water rescue: approach, hold and tow to shore
Venue manager, the client's single point of contact

Transparency towards the client

We send the client regular reports of the hours worked, the F24 contribution receipts, the DURC compliance certificate, the coordinators' daily logs and the invoices. The full history stays available in the private area of our information system.

Nursing services

Nurse-led first aid on the beach, on a Segway

In 2013 we introduced, for the first time in Italy, medical emergency response on the beach with nurses on Segway mobile units, on the Caorle coast, with the support of the Consorzio Arenili di Caorle.

Traffic, crowds and sand slow the arrival of help. The Segway, electric and silent, makes it possible to patrol the whole area for the full shift and to guarantee advanced support within 5 minutes of the call, in the window before the ambulance service arrives.
