Data collected and purposes

The name, email address, telephone number, organisation and message you enter in the form. We use them only to reply to you and prepare the proposal you asked for (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

The data is kept for as long as it takes to deal with the request, and in any case for no more than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise once a contract is in place.

Recipients

The data is not published or disclosed. It may be processed by the provider that hosts the site and handles the forms (Netlify, Inc.), appointed as data processor.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling cookies. The embedded map is provided by Google and may set cookies of its own when it loads.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object to the processing, by writing to info@securitysrl.it, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
